How do I get Started?

New members will go through an assessment to evaluate their level of fitness so a new program can be established to fit their needs and goals. Your initial assessment will be free of charge when you purchase a membership plan.

How Many Times a week should I train?

The number of sessions with a personal trainer in really depends on the individual, including budget, availability, and need for accountability. On average, most clients meet with their instructor two to three sessions per week

Do you offer Nutrition Advice?

Eating Healthy is a crucial part in any fitness journey! Your trainer will guide you and give you the resources needed to develop your own healthy eating habits.

Can I share my personal training sessions?

Body Matrix has clients that love training together. We offer the flexibility to train together with our Semiprivate Training. When starting your journey it's nice to have that extra accountability

How Should I prepare for the sauna?

Proper sauna use is important; just like we warm up and cool down our bodies when we exercise, there are some basic steps to follow to ensure you gain maximum benefits of using a sauna.  We will have your Sauna Preheated and ready to go, but encourage you to drink a minimum of 8 oz. of water to prepare your body for an increase in body temperature
